I would like to raise a very important issue related to subscription management.
Since I am a user of this application (a month has passed), the issue of subscription, and more precisely its management, annoyed me.
Do not you have the impression that the following settings are missing in the subscription management section:
no possibility to change subscription from monthly to annual during the current billing cycle (to do this you must first cancel the entire subscription, wait until the subscription is turned off and only then you can activate the annual subscription) - STAFF
no possibility to change the payment method while subscribing - TOTAL STAFF!
It should be possible to change from a payment card to PayPal and vice versa.
And in addition:
- prices for both subscription options should be a bit cheaper than they are
