  1. Persistent SSH Reverse Tunnels

I use Termius to create a reverse SSH tunnel but sometimes due to network outages, network "hiccups", etc... the connection is terminated and I'm not able to reestablish the connection because I'm off-site. It would be nice if Termius reestablished the connection automatically after it was terminated by a time out or some other error.

  2. Please stop auto updating

I'm using Termius on my Mac in my school, where I constantly use personal hotspot by my phone and it is costing paid cellular network. Almost every time I open Termius, I see a network request from Termius Helper to s3.amazonaws.com, and it ususally downloads a file around 80 MB, I'm not sure what it is but it seems I can't stop it, because it will auto restart right after I kill Termius Helper. Is this auto updating? Please stop or at least give me an option to stop it.

  3. Import From DidgitalOcean - incorrect IPs

Found a bug - when you import hosts from DidgitalOcean, all ips in application is from internal DO network. Should be public

  4. ARM support

It would be arm64/hf support for linux so the app can run on a ARM Chromebook or a Raspberry Pi.

  5. Snippets filter for hosts/platforms

I use may snippets and many hosts. Most of the snippets are only meaningful for a certain host or hosts with a specific operating system. Would be great if a snipped could be shown only for appropriate hosts or platforms in stead of a huge list of snippets that are not applicable.

  6. Export or share snippet

Ability to share for premium users for regular users export snippets so I can share the snippets that we use within our engineering group.

Also if you can group snippets so certain snippets would be shared with certain team members.

I really really really need this.

  7. Create Port forwarding tunnel chain similar to hosts chain

adding port forwarding chain similar to hosts chain will be great to allow port forward from jump node without keeping a separate ssh session.

  8. Add support for eternal terminal

Eternal terminal is similar in concept to mosh. However, it has some advantages such as actually supporting scrolling (a big annoyance in mosh for many users). It would be great to have eternal terminal supported alongside mosh!

  9. Add the ability to add desktop shortcuts

Add an option (possibly in the right click menu) to add the host to desktop. This will create a desktop shortcut that will open the terminal in its own window.

  10. Touch Bar Customization

Working on any MacBook Pro with Touch Bar is really hard as I need to have easy access to F functions (F1 to F12)
Termius app on MacOS doesn't have the feature to customise the Touch Bar, so I have to press fn button each time I need a function button.
Allowing a customisation of the Touch Bar, you are giving the users the possibility to freely choose anything they need.

    Thank you

  11. Run an open command on the host to open files/urls locally

Currently I have this implemented myself for my laptop. When on my sever I type ‘open some-file-or-url’ it will ssh back and tell my workstation to open the file. The remote filesystem is open using sshfs. It would be great if that worked on an ipad too. A first implementation could be to only support urls and later also files.

  13. Add support for vault

It would be great if you could support Vault from Hashicorp.
    https://www.vaultproject.io

They provide a way to securely store/access your secrets, ssh keys. The ability to be able to login to our servers with this as a possible provider would be great.

  14. Support Standard SmartCard Authentication methods

Most SSH clients support Smartcard authentication where the private key is stored on smart cards (or yubi-keys and other similar HSM modules) and can be exposed via the industry standard PKSC#11 interfaces

please consider generic support of PKSC#11 for the desktop app, and potentially for mobile via NFC/USB interaction as mentioned in other ideas like

  15. Auto Switch User (su) when login

    Hello guys.

In our servers, we usually use a user to login to the server and then su to root user (with password) in order to administrate the server.

There is any way to implement this?

Always we configure sshd_configwith parameter PermitRootLogin to No.

Would be nice if we can use 2 diferent identities from termius to do that.

    Thanks for your work

  16. support distros like Fedora/SUSE/RHEL

SNAP support in most distros outside of Ubuntu is very poor. Can you please support other packaging format besides DEP and Snap? Maybe consider Flatpak or providing an RPM package?

  17. General Notes like ios notes

I like the idea of adding notes per host, but we also need a general area for notes. I'd like to keep various linux commands grouped together for specific things- i.e., sharing zfs via nfs with access lists. etc.

  19. Traditional FTP protocol

A great option would be if you would add normal FTP support. More specifically, I mean that I have, for example, a purchased hostig on which I keep a website and I also have login data for the FTP protocol.

Your application currently does not allow you to connect to a regular FTP than the one that has SFTP. (yes I know, SFTP is safer, but not every service provider offers it).

It would be great if I could give such data as:

    • The host name, e.g. mypage.domain.com (as the FTP address - because the web service providers do this)

  20. Add "Open Termius here" in folder context menu

Like "Git Bash Here" or "Open with Atom". It will affect only the new "Local Terminal" feature ofc, just opening Termius window directed to current folder.
