  1. More, or user selectable number of lines displayed

Running a command like this one:

    sudo tail -n2000 /opt/tomcat/logs/catalina.out

results in a number of lines that exceeds the number that can be viewed by scrolling up.

Would it be possible for the user to set the number of lines shown?

  2. PETSCII

With retro BBS'ing making such a big comeback I would really like to see Commodore PETSCII terminal support added.

  3. Disable password prompt

I use publickey authentication. If I mistype the key pass phrase it then prompts me for a password rather than retrying the key pass phrase. There should be an option to disable password authentication so this doesn't happen. Or even better you should look at what the server accepts.

  4. Port forwarding with bind address

Sometimes it is useful to forward a port for a specific address like

    ssh -L 127.0.0.1:80:intra.example.com:80 gw.example.com

The Host "intra.example.com" is reachable just from the local machine or an another specified IP address.

You can get a detailed description and a use case here
    https://www.ssh.com/ssh/tunneling/example#sec-Local-Forwarding

  5. Support for Blinking Cursor

Blinking cursor and other cursor customizations like shape (block, vertical line, underline) and color are "musthaves" for any terminal emulator. Are those in the plans?

    Thanks

  6. SSH Cheatsheet

This may be completely off base, but consider adding a SSH commands cheat sheet to the app.

  7. Telnet and ssh support for edgecore swicthes

Please provide telnet and ssh connection support for edgecore swicthes. Termius on ios and android does not support edgecore devices.

  8. Multiple sessions command

    Hi guys,
It would be nice to have an option to send the same command to multiple sessions. I know it can be done with the snippets, but it requires to have the command previously configured.

  9. Vr google cardboard

Similar to the cardboard button available on the YouTube app. This will show any 2d video in large scale quite clearly.
Google cardboard could be used as a very portable large "monitor" for showing multiple terminals at once in large size.

  11. Group port forwarding

Typically when I use ssh tunnels with a remote host, I will have more than one active. I can easily do this from the command line with multiple -L or -R switches or in my .ssh/config

When I connect to a host ALL tunnels are activated at once and don't have to be individually turned on. That is how I would expect it to work in an ssh app. And how it worked in iSSH.

It appears that in Termius tunnels can be active separate from having a terminal. This may be an interesting feature, but would be more useful…

  12. [wishlist] support for screen size (number of columns) on iOS (mostly iPhone)

I find that text wrapping, which mostly occurs in portrait mode can be extremely annoying. Instead, I would much prefer to be able to set the number of columns and use the sweeping feature of iOS to see the hidden text.

  14. Support for option key text navigation on keyboard

When working with a keyboard (I'm using the iPad magic keyboard), shortcuts like Option+Delete and Option+Arrow Key are very useful, especially in command line work. While turning up the key repeat speed can make this limitation a bit more workable, the precision of the Option modifier isn't matched. On mac, one enables this functionality by changing the "Use Option as Meta key" in the terminal settings.

(As a side note, I'm also noticing that the window to send this feature request supports, Option+Delete, but not Option+Arrow key, which are both present throughout most text editing apps I've tried out.)

  17. Search feature (ctrl+F)

That would be awesome in analyzing logs if Termius supported the same features Konsole (KDE default term) does. It works just like in a web browser navigating to the last presence of a text (ignoring special characters like ANSI text coloring, which is also pretty useful sometimes as it's pain to print them) allowing to skip doing grep-^c repeatedly.

  18. Cursor visibility

I have some vision issues and often find it difficult to spot the cursor, specifically in the green text on black background format when using nano/pics editor in Linux. An option to make the cursor blink or choose a cursor color would be a big improvement.

Autorepeat of the cursor keys would be helpful - while the move cursor with your finger is helpful, I find it hard to control precisely

  20. [bug]iPad mini 4 horizontal view with splitter keyboard

I can't see the command lines properly, even with "clear" command on my Amazon EC2 linux AMI server. It started happening since the top header thing appears.
