  1. Disable password prompt

I use publickey authentication. If I mistype the key pass phrase it then prompts me for a password rather than retrying the key pass phrase. There should be an option to disable password authentication so this doesn't happen. Or even better you should look at what the server accepts.

  2. us volume up or down to change toggle keyboard special characters

It'd be much more efficient to use volume up to go to the rest of the keyboard compared to pressing a button on the screen.

  5. Favorite hosts group - geo-location group selections

I would like a way to launch the app and have the Hosts screen take me to my favorite group instead of the master list.

You could take this a step further with "Smart Groups" that are geo-location aware; i.e: When I am at home, the "Home" hosts group is auto-selected at launch. At work? no problem- the "Work" hosts group is auto-selected.

  9. Auto-login

I've been using this app in iPad but every time I close the app it requires mail login, is there any way this could be fixed? It will be much more convenient.

  11. VPN on-demand

VPN on-demand doesn't seem to work when connecting to a certain domain. It would be nifty if it could work.

  12. How Do I Connect to a local Server?

Most basic question: how do I open an SSH terminal to a Linux Server and QNAP NAS on same network as wireless iPhone connection? Both have SSH servers enabled, and I'm able to connect with a Windows 10 laptop?

  13. Add option for custom key sequences

I would like to request the option to add custom key sequences to the shortcut bar. For example: ctrl+a, ctrl+d, etc.

  14. Ios with hdmi adaptor should use airplay

I love this application and use every day. Most of the time I am docked to a monitor using an apple lightining -> hdmi adaptor. Other applications like netflix or youtube display a different content using airplay. I am not ios developer and don't know if it is possible to display the terminal on the monitor using airplay like netflix app but if it is technically possible this is a feature that I would pay :)

Anyways the application already works great just mirroring the iphone screen on the big monitor screen. The main advantage I see is that you…

  16. Can't forward remote port to phone

I am trying to forward port 80 from a remote linux server down to my phone's port 8080. I've entered "localhost" and "12.0.0.7" as the "Destination" field. No combination seems to work. It works when I try to do this on a computer.

  17. Decouple new host data entry from testing/offer to keep also failing configs

As far as I can tell, (on the iPhone) new host specifications are mandatorily tested upon entry and rejected if not successful. I appreciate the testing, but not that "currently bad data" cannot be kept/stored:
the best (and sometimes even: only…) time for host data entry is not necessarily when the specified network is actually available!

Could you e.g. offer to keep entries that fail to connect, perhaps flagging them in some way in the list? (After all, also if a connection should work today it does not mean it will tomorrow …)

Many thanks (and due apologies if I…

  18. Support for byobu function keys

I use byobu on quite a lot of my servers, but apps seem to have a hard time to send the specific keys needed to control many core functions (mainly Function Keys plus ALT, Shift or CTRL). It works fine on macs and Linux PCs. Could you support such key combos, or even better recognise if byobu is in use and offer specific special keys?

  19. Local port forward for different source ip

Currently We can only forward the port from the remote host but not other machines from the server.

    For example, just like,
    ssh -L 192.168.1.1:80 127.0.0.1:8080 destination

  20. Ability to select the ciphers/keyexch/verify

Well, in my company I have strong restrictions on the usable ciphers for remote connections.

Currently there is now way to see what's actually going on if you use the app to connect.

This must change. We need to be able to select a list of allowed ciphers, key exchanges and verify algorithms to meet the security requirements of each user and mitigate downgrade attacks.
