  1. Allow for keyboard customisation

Being a Linux system admin I use the Ctrl, Esc and Tab keys a lot and this combination is not available in the default keyboard layout options. In a previous version of Termius (or maybe ServerAuditor) it was possible to press and hold a special key at the top of the keyboard and replace it with another key. Can you please make this possible again so I can customise the keyboard to have the layout that works for me? Many thanks in advance!

    Hello.
With the new design of keyboard add-on we’ve changed the way you customise it. It become way more flexible and gives you a lot more options.

    To customise keyboard:
    - press the “…” button on the right side of the add-on. There you will see some additional buttons.

    - press a button with a “gear” icon on the right side of the add-on. You will see a screen where you could re-arrange pre-set groups of buttons and add your own.

  2. Keyboard extension should support modifier keys

For example pressing Ctrl then pressing "backslash" on the extended keyboard should send Ctrl+Backslash instead of ignoring Ctrl.

  3. Improve Solarized Dark

Currently Solarized Sark isn't compatible with vim-colors-solarized unless you specify 256 which leads in a different Solarized highlight.

It is a problem I've experience in other terminal and it's because the colors are not precise.

At least to be able to configure them to adjust it properly.

  4. Better ssh:// handling

After last update which add telnet support links for example ssh://user:password@ip only fills ip address. Thanks!

  5. Run a command on connection

Example from cmdline: ssh host -t remote_cmd

I often do this to connect to a screen session on a remote host.

  6. Reverse whatever update broke SSH for older devices

or somehow allow us to allow more compatible/less secure SSH. Very annoying that a random terminus app update makes it so I cant access many of my ssh servers (they just keep saying wrong password when this was not an issue before the terminus update)

  8. Support WeeChat inside tmux

WeeChat inside a tmux (or even outside tmux) is kinda broken.

I constantly have to redraw the window to fix the columns for nicks, the colors are messed up, and it just doesn't work at all well.
This is a Termius issue, because the exact setup works fine on my desktop terminal.

So, correcting whatever issues mess WeeChat up would be really nice.

  9. SCP without iCloud support = zero usefulness

Come on. I jsut paid for the full app and I find it unacceptable you guys don't support iCloud as a source for uploads.

Just do it. Without it, this product is 200 times less useful than Blink or any of the other apps out there.

  11. Make port forwarding actually useful

Port forwarding stops working 3 minutes after the Termius app is placed into background, such as when you want to actually USE the forwarded port. The old iSSH app, which is no longer available, used to do this with no trouble.

    Hello,

3 minutes in the background is the iOS limitation. Long time before this limit was about 10 minutes.

Under the subscription, users are now able to set up background location updates to keep the app alive in the background. So this might be the option for you as well.

Please let us know if you have any other problems.

    Thanks

  12. Support for SendEnv

One feature I find useful in certain circumstances in SSH is the ability to send environment variables along with one's SSH session. This happens using the AcceptEnv server-side sshd configuration and with the SendEnv config on the client side.

It would be very useful to add this option to Terminus!

  13. Override ssh agent forwarding by host

I log into some hosts on VM's that I don't control. I don't want agent forwarding turned on for those machines, since I can't control who has access to my processes on that machine. This is a known exploit of SSH agent forwarding.

    Thanks for consideration.

  15. Scroll terminal for more without keyboard

I haven't found a spacebar emulation anywhere without keyboard eating half of the screen to scroll terminal output for more, for example when you do "more ./somefile" or alike. Did I miss something?

  18. Solarized theme does not match other terminals

I attached some screenshots [1] showing vim in termius and mintty (on Cygwin/Windows). I never had similar issues terminals on Linux or MacOS (after installing Solarized).

vim itself is running the Solarized theme [2] made by the author of Solarized. Both terminals are emulating a xterm-256color terminal.
