  1. Cisco Break Sequence

So that I don't have to change the break sequence on Cisco devices, it would be good if ctrl + shift + 6 could be pressed simultaneously.

  2. Recognize foreign (Bluetooth) keyboard layouts

Would be great if the app could recognize external Bluetooth keyboards with foreign keyboard layouts, e.g. German.

This missing feature really annoys me...

  4. Group port forwarding

Typically when I use ssh tunnels with a remote host, I will have more than one active. I can easily do this from the command line with multiple -L or -R switches or in my .ssh/config

When I connect to a host ALL tunnels are activated at once and don't have to be individually turned on. That is how I would expect it to work in an ssh app. And how it worked in iSSH.

It appears that in Termius tunnels can be active separate from having a terminal. This may be an interesting feature, but would be more useful…

  6. Support for Blinking Cursor

Blinking cursor and other cursor customizations like shape (block, vertical line, underline) and color are "musthaves" for any terminal emulator. Are those in the plans?

    Thanks

  7. super keys

I like that the important non-alphanumerical keys are available. A nice addition would be small macros mapped to Unix commands like grep & sed and allow us to alter and define our own macros too.

I love this tool and I've written my own widgets to do the macro thing for me, but my bashrc is becoming unruly and I now know too much about ack to carry on real conversations.

Thanks for making ssh awesome, hopefully it drives more people to use the CLI.

  8. Port Forwarding Issue

With the version 4.4.7 on iOS when I use port forwarding to connect to a RDP session over tunnel, the connexion stop after 15 sec.
It’s not possible to use the application normally

  9. Termius 4.6.8 crashes or won't display shell text - iOS 14.2 iPhone 11MaxPro

Updated Termius (v4.6.8) on iPhone 11ProMax running iOS 14.2. Completely dysfunctional.
    1. Add host, if you scroll in add host screen, app crashes.
    2. If you connect to a host you get keyboard and black shell background and no text.

  10. Colour scheme Termius Dark too green

I find disturbing that Termius Dark colour theme has as a default colour green instead of gray.
The only dark theme left is "Pro" that has the "standard" colours but there blue is terrible on black background.
Please, make the default colour gray again.

  11. Cannot switch between input languages in a session when on hardware keyboard

I'm using a Logitech K480 keyboard with my device running iOS 11.4, and I'm not able to switch between input languages by pressing the language key on the K480 when I'm in a terminal session. The "pop up virtual keyboard" key on the screen doesn't work when the K480 is connected. The only way to switch between input languages in this case is to disconnect my K480, set the input language with the virtual keyboard, and then reconnect the K480.

The expected behavior is that pressing the hardware language key should switch the input language with the on-screen language indicator.

  12. Hi, DUOs 2 Factor Authentication in Termius

Please make the Termius compatible for systems having 2 factor authentication as it doesn't understand it and fails to loginto the systems with 2FA enabled like DUO.

  14. Support for option key text navigation on keyboard

When working with a keyboard (I'm using the iPad magic keyboard), shortcuts like Option+Delete and Option+Arrow Key are very useful, especially in command line work. While turning up the key repeat speed can make this limitation a bit more workable, the precision of the Option modifier isn't matched. On mac, one enables this functionality by changing the "Use Option as Meta key" in the terminal settings.

(As a side note, I'm also noticing that the window to send this feature request supports, Option+Delete, but not Option+Arrow key, which are both present throughout most text editing apps I've tried out.)

  16. SSH Compression is enabled?

I've read in android version that it compresses data, but not in iOS version. I think it's very useful from mobile connections. Hope it's available soon.

  18. Key-combination support could be improved

I use byobu (a fancy front end to screen/tmux) on most of my servers. It's great, but relies on a lot of key combinations like shift+arrow, shift+fX, alt+fX, etc. So far I haven't found any iOS ssh clients that seem to handle this properly (I can toggle shift, then press fX on your keyboard extension, but it only seems to send an unmodified fX. Ditto with alt and ctrl, with fX and arrows). If you could make this work it would be a huge win for me.

  19. Auth with 2FA

Sorry if this is a repeat. I don't think 2FA with certs is recognized properly by Termius.

I have 2FA (public key+OAuth) set up on a Pi, and after public key is accepted Termius seems to show the username/public key combo was invalid, yet I authenticate successfully. I checked my logs and the authentication was successful and normal.

Moreover, I have password auth turned off but in the absence of a proper public key, Termius still prompts for a password then fails.

These errors could be a config issue on my part, but I'm wondering if anyone else has noted…

  20. HTTPS (TLS/SNI) proxy support

Support for HTTPS proxies that use openssl, sclient, Telebit, ngrok, localtunenel.me, etc.

These are all very simple and easy to implement. All that needs to be done is open a tls connection and pipe the ssh connection through that. Dead simple - probably one of the lowest cost features you’ll ever implement.

    The purpose is two-fold:

    1. SSH doesn’t support SNI so in order to be able to access my home computer through a secure relay it has to be wrapped in TLS.

    2. Library and Airport networks often block all non-443, non-https traffic. Wrapping ssh in TLS makes it work behind…
