Host discovery via Bonjour (mDNS)
It would be nice if Termius supported LAN host discovery via mDNS (Bonjour) service advertisements.
Bonus points for not requiring to permanently add a host discovered this way (e. g. auto-add temporary entries for such hosts to the Hosts list, painted in different color or something like that).
Ideal if there could be a separate “Share” action for sending a file via SFTP to an auto-discovered host (so that SFTP sharing becomes as fast as AirDrop).
The Bonjour discovery has already been implemented. If you go to the Terminal screen and tap into the search bar you may see the button “Discover local hosts”.
Please check it out and let us know if you have any problems with it.
Regarding the SFTP + share idea, we’ve added this to the backlog for future consideration. Sounds interesting :)

I am also looking for LAN host discovery via mDNS (or equivalent) but have not been able to find where it is on the App. Can you please help.
I am running the latest version 3.2.6 on OSX and I do not see any option to enable Bonjour discovery. Above, you say "go to the Terminal screen". Do you mean Preferences -> Terminal? There is no search bar there, nor any option to enable Bonjour. Do you mean the Hosts screen? There is a search bar, but no button as described. Searching Help for "Discover local hosts" fails.
When I configure a host entry ABC with ABC.local as the IP address, Termius fails to connect after a long wait. From the same machine, when I run a simple terminal and "ssh ABC.local" it works immediately.
What am I missing?
Indeed. I overlooked this option. However, the workflow I have in mind is still not possible:
1. Generate a share-able file in a 3rd party app
2. Use “Copy via Termius SFTP” share action
3. In the “Transfer via SFTP” view, tap the “Local” label
4. In the “Select Host” view, there is no button/option to discover hosts
Please consider this workflow regardless of the above-described idea.
