Please handle mouse events and forward them to remote server, so that we can get full mouse support when using vim, tmux, http, etc.

Currently, iOS handles mouse events for you, and map them as screen touch. However, mouse can do further more things than touch, such as scroll, drag selection, left click, right click, etc. So, please directly handle them yourself and forward them to remote server.

I think Microsoft Remote Desktop client and putty did right thing in handling mouse event. MS Remote Desktop gave me the best experience in connecting other linux from iPad, except I need to connect first to a win10, then connect to Linux by putty, which is super stupid. If you guys have no idea what kind of mouse experience we want, try RemoteDesktop+putty, please.
