  2. Pasting text copied from external app appends random characters to the end

I’ve been a user over a year and have just noticed this behavior recently.

    Steps to reproduce:
    - Open Termius and connect to terminal session
    - Switch to another app (ex: StackExchange page in Safari)
    - Copy text from other App (examples: command from web-page or Notes app)
    - Switch back to Termius, and switch to previously connected terminal session
    - Paste Text copied from external App
    - Note that pasted text has 1+ random character appended to end
    - often it’s 1-6 characters, but sometime it’s an entire URL
    - when a URL is appended, the URL name suggests…

  3. Better Color Support for Powershell

I just installed OpenSSH for Windows today, and when running Powershell it seems like all of the themes make text after flags invisible while typing, making it effectively broken.

  4. Question Mark in Customised Keyboards

I’d love to be able to add the question mark to a customised keyboard. It’s used to show possible commands on a lot of network devices.

    Hello,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Termius has this feature but unfortunately it’s broken in current release. We’ll fix it with the next update.

For now you may use a workaround:
In Files app select the key file and press “share” button (the one that has the icon of a square and arrow, should be at the bottom-left corner) and press “Copy” in the sharing menu. Now you should be able to paste it in Termius in the New Key screen.

Here is the video example I’ve recorded for you:

    Hope it helps

  9. Color scheme setting ignored when using mosh (bug?)

When using mosh to connect to a host, the color scheme setting is ignored. It always uses the default black-on-white color scheme, instead of the configured one. I suppose this is a bug?

  10. Overhaul the top bar

All I can get it to do is open a Quick Connect menu, but I'm already connected, so that's useless to me. I have no idea what, if anything, the rest of the bar is for, and it takes up space on the screen. Worse yet, it *obscures* the terminal rather than reducing its size like the keyboard hotbar. Whatever it's for, it definitely needs reworking - preferably including a toggle in settings to just disable it altogether.

  12. Add previews of fonts

In the font selection UI, can you add some sort of preview of what each font looks like? Picking a new font, dismissing settings, and connecting to a server is a pretty clunky process.

  13. Help me get keyboard on vim working

Odd. vim Is not recognizing any keyboard input (I have to restart the connection to get back to the comman-line). vi works fine. I tried disabling my .vimrc, .vim, and .inputrc, but that didn't change anything. I see that others have it working, so I'm hoping that it is some other setting that I need to fix. TERM=xterm-256color. Any ideas?

  14. Memory Persistence for Input+Execute?

Selecting a script via the keyboard while connected in a session has the swiper on the bottom right set to "Input+Execute" by default.

Perhaps it can be made such that Terminus remembers your preference? Currently it defaults to "Input+Execute" as active.

  17. Mosh 256 colors don’t seem to Work in tmux and vim

When using MOSH, it only seems to work with 16 colors. When using 256 colors in tmux or VIM it defaults back to 16 colors.

When using SSH without MOSH 256 colors is working fine.

    Is this a bug?

  19. variables to use in hosts, groups, keys identities and snippets

I’d like to be able to make many host quickly by using variables in names or attributes.

An example would be : I create a category User By OS, where each user is named after its operating system. The original name would be $DISTRIB_ID and it adapts to each sub host.

And host is then described by its properties :
    DISTRIB_ID
    SSH_HOST
    SSH_PORT
    SSH_USER
    SSH_PASS
.... and so on, that we could retrieve « programmatically »
