  1. Overhaul the top bar

All I can get it to do is open a Quick Connect menu, but I'm already connected, so that's useless to me. I have no idea what, if anything, the rest of the bar is for, and it takes up space on the screen. Worse yet, it obscures the terminal rather than reducing its size like the keyboard hotbar. Whatever it's for, it definitely needs reworking - preferably including a toggle in settings to just disable it altogether.

Some application want to have strictly defined or minimal display size. Without dinamic resizing. Example : 'make menuconfig ' in Linux kernel. How Can I do this ?

  3. Add previews of fonts

In the font selection UI, can you add some sort of preview of what each font looks like? Picking a new font, dismissing settings, and connecting to a server is a pretty clunky process.

  4. Help me get keyboard on vim working

Odd. vim Is not recognizing any keyboard input (I have to restart the connection to get back to the comman-line). vi works fine. I tried disabling my .vimrc, .vim, and .inputrc, but that didn't change anything. I see that others have it working, so I'm hoping that it is some other setting that I need to fix. TERM=xterm-256color. Any ideas?

  5. Memory Persistence for Input+Execute?

Selecting a script via the keyboard while connected in a session has the swiper on the bottom right set to "Input+Execute" by default.

Perhaps it can be made such that Terminus remembers your preference? Currently it defaults to "Input+Execute" as active.

  8. Mosh 256 colors don’t seem to Work in tmux and vim

When using MOSH, it only seems to work with 16 colors. When using 256 colors in tmux or VIM it defaults back to 16 colors.

When using SSH without MOSH 256 colors is working fine.

    Is this a bug?

  10. variables to use in hosts, groups, keys identities and snippets

I’d like to be able to make many host quickly by using variables in names or attributes.

An example would be : I create a category User By OS, where each user is named after its operating system. The original name would be $DISTRIB_ID and it adapts to each sub host.

And host is then described by its properties :
    DISTRIBID
    SSH
    HOST
    SSHPORT
    SSH
    USER
    SSH_PASS
.... and so on, that we could retrieve « programmatically »

  12. Make it Midnight Commander friendly

It is virtually impossible to work reasonably fluent using Midnight Commander. It would help if I had a return key on the function and arrow keys page. Currently you have to constantly switch between the function key page and the keyboard in order to reach the return key.
Also, the keyboard is far too big. In landscape mode it takes more than 50 % of the screen space - one third should be big enough and give me more space to see the data what I actually want to work with.

  13. Displaying the custom Group name and Host title as hierarchical path in the UI when connected

You can organize groups (with custom names) and hosts (with custom titles / descriptions) but you can't see this information when connected.
My proposal is to visualize a hierarchical path (group name -> host title) when connected.

  14. Termius for AppleTV 4

Termius app for AppleTV 4 would be great. Have the SSH Windows om the TV and use AppleTV remote control(app or physical) or external keyboard for text input. Maybe support for tabbed Shell Windows.

  16. Modifier key for gesture

It's would be very handy to have modifier key (ctrl, alt, shift...) work with gesture (up, down, double tap etc.) too. It'll generate the same keystrokes as ctrl-up, alt-pgup typed to the terminal.

  18. $COLUMN should reflect orientation

There should be an option to let the host know the current screen orientation as per $COLUMNS and $LINES

  19. VoiceOver support

I tried to use the IOS app with VoiceOver. I could create a host entry and connect to it. Unfortunately the text of the terminal is not accessible at all. It would be great to have a terminal app on the iphone which could be used with a braille display. There are displays with braille input so it even would be possible to put the iphone away while accessing the terminal.

  20. Ctrl J

Ctrl J (reformat) still won't work in the Pico editor that Pine uses in VT-100 emulation, like it did in the original version. So many updates, and this still is not fixed!
