  3. Add passcode support for the Desktop Apps

To harden security, a passcode lock (similar to the one found in the mobile apps) should be made available to desktop apps as well.

  4. Host templates

I'm often working with dynamic clusters (AWS/Google) that all use the same username (e.g. ec2-user) and password/SSH key, but end up with different IP addressed.

It would be great if I could create a Host "template" that has the IP missing and when I try to connect to it have Termius prompt me for it (and never save as a known host).

  5. BUG: Port forwarding Not Working

I can't seem to locate a support contact, other than this suggestion. I am unable to get local port forwarding working with Termius on Windows. I have tried two machines both without success. I have tried opening the application with elevated privileges. However, the same issue persists. I can confirm that this is an issue with the application as PuTTY and X-Shell work perfectly fine with the same forwarding details. I have yet to try on my MacBook. However, this seems to be a bit of a deal breaker for me.

  8. Tag search, bigger drop down list, sort list etc. etc. etc.

Most people (i am guessing :) ) like me have large and extensive device list. Because of this i have cleaned up my device tags.
The device tagging is not at all intuitive and does not even support search. The drop down list is ridiculously small.

  10. cursor abnormal jump when hit enter key

I ssh to remote Linux hosts, in the command line, when I hit enter, the cursor jumps to the beginning of the next line and then to the end of the prompt, which is abnormal. And this doesn't happen for local terminal.

  11. Shortcut to duplicate current tab

A shortcut is necessary and I don't like the name format of the duplicated tab. e.g. xxx (1) xxx (2). I favor the duplicated ones using the same name as the origin one

  12. Missing SFTP features

    Hello,

I really appreachiate that you added the SFTP feature but i miss a lot of essential features:
    1. I can't use drang and drop to copy files in to Termius or to move a file to Termius.
    2. I can't go forrward or backword with the mouse buttons.
    3. I cant't edit the size of the local and the remote hoste window.
    4. An also cool feature would that you can edit files directly in Termius.

    Greetings

  14. Ability to edit files in host instead of downloading it to local first

it can do this at least on the Android version, so I'd like to see it implemented in the desktop one too
like it should automatically create a temporary file to put it on and once you save it and it gets uploaded, it deletes that temporary file
WinSCP does this and it's very useful but I don't want to have to use WinSCP just for files and Termius only for console

  16. BUG: Selecting a block of text does not work correctly

If you display multiline text in the terminal, the lines of which are wider than the terminal window, then try to select and copy a block of lines, then the line break after reaching the edge of the terminal window is copied as a line break in the text. This is a bug.

  17. Using desktop app with just keyboard

Terminus should be usable without mouse/touchpad.
    Ie.:
    - access global tabs (hosts, sftp, ...) with keyboard shortcuts
    - navigation through lists with arrow keys (hosts, snippets, sftp) and selection with key (enter)
    - browsing in SFTP with arrow keys, pgup, pgdown, home, end, backspace, enter (opening selected file with external editor or popup context menu with ability to select items from it with keyboard); typing alphanumeric chars automatically engage search mode; tab to switch between left/right panel; keyboard shortcuts for changing drive, changing sorting column, copy, new folder, back/forward etc.
    - when snippets panel is opened search input should gain…

  18. Allow the date format to be swapped - I can only see the US format

In the SFTP the date format is only US format. Shows me 08/19/2019 but this is not my traditional way of using the date.

  19. Ctrl+Shift+6, or sending non-shortcut-bound sequences to the server

On Cisco IOS, Ctrl+Shift+6 is used as an escape sequence (similar to Ctrl+C on *nix)

Termius Desktop doesn't seem to send the sequence to the remote end when it's pressed, even when it's not bound to a shortcut.

I imagine the fault is in the shortcut handling logic somewhere, since other shortcuts use Ctrl+Shift+... sequences.

  20. keyboard shortcuts to expand or collapse navigation pane

Add keyboard shortcuts to expand or collapse navigation pane. Using the mouse to manually drag the left-hand navigation is a drag. Would much rather have a keyboard shortcut to snap between 3 views (hidden, minified, open)
