The Billing section of the account dashboard contains information about your plan and lets you manage the billing.

Cancel subscription

To disable or re-enable auto-renewal for a subscription purchased at account.termius.com, via Google Play or Microsoft Store, click here, then click Manage under Subscription Details and choose the relevant option.

Request Refund

A refund is possible within 14 days after the purchase for subscriptions purchased at account.termius.com, Google Play, and Microsoft Store.

To request a refund for a subscription purchased at account.termius.com, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, click here, then click Manage under the Subscription Details section and choose Request Refund.

Get a Receipt

You can download a receipt at https://account.termius.com/billing, provided your subscription was purchased at account.termius.com. For that, click Get Receipt in the Transaction History section.

Change Payment Method

Currently, you can switch to a different payment method by canceling your subscription and, when it expires, resubscribing using a preferred method. This action won’t affect the data in your account.

Switch to monthly or annual payments

Please, contact us if you want to switch your account to a different billing period.
