The SFTP functionality of Termius lets you securely transfer files between two computers.
Termius from Mac App Store, Microsoft Store and Snap runs in the sandbox, and is not allowed to access your local drive. If you’re using this version of the app, you won’t be able to access your local computer in one of the SFTP panels. Here you can download Termius that is not sandboxed.
Before using SFTP, make sure you’ve added the remote host(s) to Termius. Then, open the SFTP screen. See below to learn more about using SFTP.

Browse a Host
To connect to a remote host, follow the prompt on the SFTP screen.
Alternatively, click the hostname at the top of the panel and choose one from the list of hosts.
To switch to your localhost, click the hostname at the top of the panel and choose Local.
Tap Local at the top to switch from local host to another host.
If the second panel is not visible, you can switch to it using the controls at the bottom right:
Tap your current location at the top to switch to another host. (Local:/storage/emulated/0).
Select one or more files (holding Shift) and drag them to the other panel.
Alternatively, right-click and choose Copy to target directory.
To transfer a file, swipe it to the left and choose Copy.
Or just drag it to the other panel (it may be unavailable on older devices).
Tap and hold a file to select it, then tap ⋮ at the top and choose Transfer to.
Right-click a file or directory to rename, delete or change permissions. To create a directory, show hidden files, and more, choose the desired option from the Actions menu.
