To request a refund for a purchase made on the Termius website, please, contact Termius support.
If you made the purchase through App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store, please, follow one of these instructions: App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store.
Unfortunately, Termius is unable to provide refunds for subscriptions purchased through a third-party retailer. It is due to the policies of App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store preventing developers from doing refunds.
