If, after purchasing a subscription in App Store, you can't access any of the paid features, follow the steps in one of the sections below, depending on where you made the purchase.

Before following the instructions, please, make sure you are logged in to your Termius account.

If you installed and purchased Termius using different Apple IDs:

  1. Sign in to the Apple ID that was used for the purchase, if you're using a different one.
  2. Uninstall and install Termius. Uninstalling Termius means removing all locally stored data. If you want to prevent that, please, contact the support team.
  3. Start Termius and open Preferences.
  4. Click Restore Subscription. Your subscription should become active. You can switch to a different Apple ID, if needed.

If you installed and purchased Termius using the same Apple ID, please, raise a support request.
