My App Store subscription is not active

If, after purchasing a subscription in App Store, you can't access the Pro features, follow the steps in one of the sections below, depending on where you made the purchase.

Before following the instructions, please, make sure you are logged in to your Termius account.

If you installed and purchased Termius using different Apple IDs:

  1. Sign in to the Apple ID that was used for the purchase, if you're using a different one.
  2. Uninstall and install Termius. Uninstalling Termius means removing all locally stored data. If you want to prevent that, please, contact the support team.
  3. Start Termius and open Preferences.
  4. Click Restore Subscription. Your subscription should become active. You can switch to a different Apple ID, if needed.

If you installed and purchased Termius using the same Apple ID, please, raise a support request.

If you're still facing issues accessing Pro features after following these steps, try checking if your subscription status is updated under **Settings > Subscriptions** on your Apple device. Occasionally, syncing problems can occur, especially if the app or the App Store was not up to date during the purchase. Restarting the device after reinstallation might help. If the issue persists, contacting Termius support directly with your purchase receipt will allow them to assist you more efficiently.

If your App Store subscription for Termius is inactive and you cannot access the Pro features, start by ensuring you are logged into your Termius account. Next, close the app completely and sign out of the App Store by going to Settings on your device, selecting iTunes & App Store, tapping your Apple ID, and choosing Sign Out. After signing out, sign back in with the same Apple ID linked to your subscription. Once you've done this, restart the app to check if your subscription is recognized. Additionally, you can verify your subscription status by navigating to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. If the issue persists, look for a "Restore Purchases" option within the app or consider restarting your device. If none of these steps resolve the problem, contacting customer support may be necessary for further assistance. regarding magisk zip
