Without readily accessible and clearly written documentation/help, a user will get frustrated by a product during a trial, and even transfer their experience of the help/documentation to their belief in the security and reliability of the product itself. For Termius, the articles in the documentation on help system need a complete review by someone who writes very good English. I have found many inconsistencies and several sections where the English is poor in the help/documentation system. Why spoil a great product in this way?
